TreePro’s Story
TreePros was founded by Ron Wallace in 1990, providing professional residential and commercial tree care throughout Sonoma, California. Ron’s focus was to bring top quality tree services to his clients, while never sacrificing safety.
Assembling a team of ISA certified and accredited by the TCIA for safety and professionalism, TreePros has become the local leader to high-end residential estates and wineries throughout Northern California. It has over 15 full time employees who carry a mix of CTSP, TRAQ, and CA Qualified Applicator License accredidations.
Ron’s Go-Forward Role
After over 30 years leading TreePro’s growth from a single-man operation to three crews and 15+ full-time employees, Ron had a desire for the next stage of his life, retirement. After a short transition period, Canopy and Ron worked together to train his long-time second-in-command to take over day to day operations, which took place a year ago. Ron is now enjoying his well- deserved retirement, spending time honing his passions of fishing and painting in Oregon.
TreePros’ Growth Story
In the first year of partnership with Canopy, TreePros has worked closely with Canopy’s Pacific region President, National Director of Plant Healthcare, and Director of Performance Marketing to implement a full-scale PHC program as well as improve and refine their local marketing efforts, both online and through direct mail.
